More than 20 police officers have been killed and over 400 were injured in the 2020 riots across the country (June 11, 2020) . . .
In the City of Chicago, nearly 50 people were murdered in one weekend . . .
In the City of Minneapolis rioters and looters caused at least $55 million in damages including setting fire to 220 buildings . . .
In the City of Seattle rioters armed with AK 47s drove out the police, seized city hall and four city blocks.
Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan (D) stated that in the city, there are four blocks that are “more like a block party atmosphere” and “We could have the summer of love.”
Durkan continued, “We’ve got four blocks in Seattle that you just saw pictures of that is more like a block party atmosphere. It’s not an armed takeover. It’s not a military junta. We will make sure that we can restore this. But we have block parties and the like in this part of Seattle all the time. It’s known for that.
The Seattle Chief of Police sees it a little bit differently:
Police have been unable to respond to “rapes, robberies, and all sorts of violent acts” occurring in Seattle’s East Precinct, which authorities abandoned on Monday, leaving the area in the hands of activists who set up their own police-free “Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone” (CHAZ), Breitbart June 12, 2012.
Summer of love? What’s not to like? You got warlords, vandals, rapes, hostages, autonomous living, chaos, disorder, no police, sound beatings of the non-compliant, censorship of the bias media. Sounds like the Democrat Utopian Ideal to me.
Contrast Durkan’s soft, syrupy Democrat woman’s paint a turd with lipstick approach to the crisis with that of a real leader:
“President Trump stated that he wouldn’t allow Seattle to “be occupied” and “If we have to go in, we’re going to go in.” Trump also urged Washington Gov. Jay Inslee (D) to use the National Guard but stated that “one way or the other, it’s going to get done. These people are not going to occupy a major portion of a great city.”
Trump said, “If there were more toughness, you wouldn’t have the kind of devastation that you had in Minneapolis and in Seattle. I mean, let’s see what’s going on in Seattle. But I will tell you if they don’t straighten that situation out, we’re going to straighten it out.”
He added, “What I mean is very simple, we’re not going to let Seattle be occupied by anarchists. … If we have to go in, we’re going to go in. The governor’s either going to do it, let the governor do it, he’s got great National Guard troops, he’ll — he can do it. But one way or the other, it’s going to get done” (Breitbart News, 6-12-2020).
The lessons are clear: (1) Democrats are anarchists that despise the rule of law but love the rule of man; (2) Democrats cannot be trusted with power because they use it to crush their opponents but not lawbreakers; (3) Liberals use rhetoric and gesture politics to promote their radical utopian agenda but cannot do what is right for the good of the nation; and, (4) women should not be in politics because their womanly, motherly “soft touch” characteristics kick in making them enablers of anarchy and immorality (See John Knox Masterpiece on the “The First Blast of the Trumpet Against the Monstruous Regiment of Women.”

Twitter Perspectives:
snarkism: Seattle is reaping the fruits of voting for liberalism. Let it burn.
Atticus372: This is an American freedoms, laws, and protections issue, if these panty waist politicians cant stop a violent government takeover in their own cities and states then it becomes a threat to the entire United States and all Americans and should not be tolerated.
John Lake: These vagabonds must be expelled from this Seattle Washington enclave. This cannot be allowed to stand. This mayor and the governor of washington are breaking the law, and they are aiding and abetting criminals. Pure and simple. These kids in this enclave have to go and order must be restored.
