Can you Smell a Dead Rat in the Oskar Groening Trial?

Can you smell the dead rat? We are only three days into the trial of Oskar Groening and the whole thing stinks with holocaust causes and corpses.

Oskar, Groening, a 93 year-old former German SS guard, also called the “Bookkeeper of  Auschwitz,” is now on trial in the city of Lueneburg for the murder of 300,000 Jews during his assignment at Auschwitz labor camp between 1942-1944.

The whole thing stinks like a dead rat! Can you smell the stench coming out of Lueneburg, or is that Looneyburg?

I smell a rat for indicting a 93 year-old man! Most 93 year-old men would be rendered incompetent to testify. But, not in this case. Groening is the star witness who is supposed to set the record straight and confirm all the holocaust horror stories that came out of post-war Europe.

I smell a dead rat because of a violation of court rules. Groening was put on the stand first to testify against himself before the Plaintiff’s witnesses testified. Isn’t the Plaintiff supposed to call his witnesses first to establish a prima facie cause of action? Where are the affidavits testifying to personal injury by Groening? No affidavit of cause; no warrant; no warrant: no case!

I smell a dead rat because Groening is being permitted by his scum-bag lawyer to testify against himself. The court proceedings begin with Groening telling and confessing guilt. Was this a pre-trial agreement between Holocaust Jews and Groening? A real attorney would never allow this, but then again this appears to be a stage production and not a court.  What legal flimflam!

I smell a dead rat because Groening does not appear to be in his right mind: that is, he appears to be a pawn in a big chess game on an international stage. When BBC reporter Lawrence Rees interviewed Groening in 2005, he said the whole interview was a “strange experience?” Doesn’t the word “strange” mean “unsettling” and “hard to understand?” And, that was ten years ago when he was 83.

I smell a dead rat because Groening is being charged with 300,000 counts of murder—the murder of Jews. The real names of victims? Well, they are not listed. It’s just a guess. Three hundred thousand, two-hundred and fifty thousand, what’s the difference?

I smell a dead rat because of the standard of evidence for murder. According to the ad hoc summary proceeding a man can be convicted of holocaust murders if he “helped” or “assisted” the Nazis.  A German is guilty of murder if he “helped” the Nazi organization. Now this is justice in action, isn’t it? Now all the cooks, and janitors, and plumbers, and carpenters, and truck drivers, and tree trimmers, and dishwashers are guilty of murder. Why not charge everyone in the world that bought German products in the twentieth century with murder. They helped fund the regime, didn’t they? Heck, why not charge the American Jews with the murder of 20 million Russian Christiasn during the communist Bolshevik Revolution financed by Jewish Bankers on Wall Street? They helped the Bolsheviks financially.

I smell a dead rat because a twenty-one year old private in the German army is being treated like he was the Camp Commandant of Auschwitz-Berchau.   Groening was a private assigned grunt duty of sifting through luggage to search for valuables . . .  and his Jewish Accusers say he was responsible for the “murder” of 300,000 Jews at Auschwitz? Whoa, Nelly! And, don’t forget all the killings at Berkchau. Those dirty, rotten Nazis sure knew how to empower men with bone-crushing authority, didn’t they? And, to think Germany was the land of the Reformation. Oh, those nasty blood-sucking Protestant Christians! They are the whole reason for WWI, WWII, and all the suffering of all the Jews in the whole world since the time of Christ.  Heck, 250 holocaust museums around the world doesn’t seem like enough, does it?

I smell a dead rat because there was no plea! No plea? What kind of court is this? That’s right, 93 year-old Groening did not enter a plea. It wasn’t necessary. You see, Oskar Groening is not on trial. All those nasty “Holocaust Deniers” are on trial. You know . . . those scholars and scientists who researched the written documents at Aushwitz and questioned some of the facts about the myth that has grown like a cumulus cloud since WWII? What’s wrong with people who don’t believe the accounts of Germans stuffing their mattresses with Jewish hair, boiling fat flayed from the Jewish bodies in vats to make soap, and pulling their teeth with gold fillings without nova cane while still alive.  How dare anyone question Jewish testimony! They are the chosen people of God and the chosen people of God never lie or exaggerate.

I smell a dead rat because of Groening immediate confession that he is personally, “morally,” responsible for the deaths of millions of Jews! Yes, that’s millions. None of the Zionist media articles I read questioned the veracity of Groening’s blanket confession. It seems the 93 year-old was also ready to confess responsibility for the fall of man in the Garden of Eden; that he personally fed the hissing snake; that he personally tilled the soil around the Poisonous Tree!

I smell a dead rat because even though Groening confessed, we can’t all go home? Oh, no. That’s not part of the plan. This is drama. This is a dog-and-pony show where all the Jews who suffered during the break down of the German infrastructure towards the end of the war get to tell their horror stories again. . . and again . . . and again. And, don’t forget, the Jews were the only ones who suffered during WWII, and their suffering is more horrific than the suffering of German mothers who lost their sons during the darkness of war. Forget the massacre of innocent Germans as Dresden. Those civilians weren’t worth sawdust.  Oh, those nasty holocaust deniers! They are the cause of all modern day Jewish suffering. And, the world must know it. Know it. Know it. Know it.

I smell a dead rat because the court accepted irrelevant testimony. Eva Kor, now 81, testified she didn’t know Groening personally. Nevertheless, she was permitted to tell the horrors of her story to cloak Groening with guilt and to imply he was personally responsible the murder of 300,000 Jews. From all reports, the jury enjoyed hearing violins playing gently in the background. Nothing like courtroom equipped with theater sound stereo. Please excuse my satire, but it more than a reasonable man can take.  

And, then there was the testimony about burning Jewish books. Strangely, no one mentioned that the Jewish books were pornographic magazines, deviant art, and Marx / Lennin communist propaganda literature. 

I smell a rat because the court did not question contradictions in Groening’s testimony. They didn’t question Groening contradictory statements about “above-ground,” “belong-ground” depictions of the allegered gas chambers. Instead of making Groening state facts about the gas chambers, they let him ramble on about a time he saw a baby viciously dashed against bricks.  The court let the man say he personally saw the gas chambers and crematoriums, but that he didn’t personally hurt anybody. We are supposed to believe “All-the-Gassings-Occurred” but “I-Didn’t-Commit-Any-Of-the-Murders-Myself” story. Flimflam! Where is Perry Mason when we need him! He saw all the gory gassings and cremations, but didn’t lift one finger to help pull the gassed corpses out of the death chambers. Sorry, I smell a dead rat.

I smell a rat becaue the rules of evidence are being totally violated. Groening testified “someone said 5000 Jews were processed in one day . . but I didn’t know.” Now isn’t that hearsay? A violation of Rule 802? Where is the objection, “Conclusionary! Calls for hearsay!”?

I smell a dead rat because a testimony is supposed to contain facts. Groening said, “I didn’t know.” How can facts come out of ignorance and be reliable testimony? Why didn’t someone object, “Incompetent witness?” or “Misleading,” or “Motion to Strike?”

Groening said, “I didn’t know” but somehow we are supposed to believe that there was a secret, unwritten systematic plan for annihilation of Jews because he saw the gas chambers and crematoriums. Killing, gassing, stripping people nude in the dead of winter, and burning 5000 corpses seems fantastic even for the highly efficient Germans . . . and don’t forget the expense  of coal. The existence of a thing does not support the incredible reports coming out of this court. Bodies are made of 70% water. They are not fuel. It takes 3 hours to cremate a body. There is no crematorium in America that can process ten bodies a day, much less 5,000 corpses. And, what about the Nazi guards that had to enter those gas chambers packed with thousands of corpses and Zyklon B? Have you ever picked up a dead body . . . in a room with no ventilation filled with poison gas? I wouldn’t want that job! Breathing the Zyklon B and carrying hundreds of corpses up flights of stairs to the ovens to be “processed” would be too much for me. Even Arnold Schwarzenegger would be tired after 100 reps of lifting corpses. 

With mock, ad hoc proceedings like this, I now understand why there are holocaust deniers who are angry about all the lies and distortions surrounding the events of WWII.

My advice? Because there is a dead rat in the Media, don’t be gullible. Stop  accepting guilt for something for which you had nothing to do. The world today is no more responsible for WWII atrocities than white Americans are responsible for the slave trade in the 1800s. Realize that Groening is just a 93 year-old propaganda pawn being used by unscrupulous Jews to indoctrinate the whole world into believing that somehow their suffering is more significant than our suffering; that they are always victims and have never done anything morally repugnant to deserve the world’s hatred against them. The problem in the world is not anti-Semitism, but those people who are anti-Christ, anti-Christian, and anti-truth.
