This is a Petition sent to Congress asking them to investigate the malicious prosecution and hemlock justice that has happened to Dr. Dino and Mrs. Hovind, Creation Researchers, in Florida who has experienced the bitter abuse of the justice system because of his stand against evolution. May no mistake about it. Dr. Dino did NOTHING WRONG! The USA’s prosecution of Dr. and Mrs. Hovind was reckless, malicious, and politically motivated. PETITION FOR CONGRESSIONAL INVESTIGATION INTO THE DOJ’S HEMLOCK PROSECUTION OF Dr. KENT & Mrs. HOVIND

Dear Attorney General Loretta Lynch or Assigns, and Honorable Congressmen et al., and Assigns:

Warm Greetings!

This is an appeal for the Office of the Attorney General and for the United States Congress to initiate a complete and thorough investigation of the hemlock justice occurring in case THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. Kent E. Hovind (2006) in the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA, PENSACOLA DIVISION.  

The Petitioners are American Citizens with clean hands that have reviewed the above mentioned case and find evidence of hemlock in the federal justice system. 

There is a dead rat in the judicial well in the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT in Florida that is poisoning justice to wit; and, therefore, the Petitioners request you use your power as trustees of the public trust to open up an investigation into the above cited case for the following reasons:

1. The Accused: It is a fact that Dr. Kent Hovind, a good citizen in Florida, a.k.a. Dr. Dino, Founder of Creation Science Evangelism Dinosaur Adventure Land, has clean hands, has injured no man, and damaged no property. He was falsely accused and is being held as a political prisoner in the federal penal system at the will of men with powerful political anti-Christian interests.
2. The Plaintiff: It is a fact that “The Nation,” which is a perpetual union of the several states, did not unite under the self-styled title, “THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” with a complaint against private Florida citizens Kent and Jo Hovind. The U.S. District Attorney is hereby challenged to provide incontrovertible proof that Assistant Attorney General J.D. Roy Atchison represented “the Nation.”
3. The Alleged Crime: It is a fact that Kent Hovind was charged with 57 bogus counts of using cash. Eventually, he was charged with the frivolous claim of “structuring,” using cash gifts in his ministry. What? Using “cash” is now a crime? Nonsense. If using cash is a crime, why did Congress provide cash to be used in conveyance of goods and services? This is hemlock justice, and we find such a charge egregious and offensive to free men.
4. The Prosecutor: It is a fact Assistant Attorney General, J.D. Roy Atchison, STATE actor, did not have clean hands when he prosecuted this case. He was a known pedophile, and was charged for the rape of a five year old girl in Detroit within days after the hemlock justice in Florida against Christian Dr. and Mrs. Hovind. Miscreant AAG of USDOJ Atchison hung himself in his jail cell on October 5, 2007.
5. The Judge: It is a fact that Judge Margaret Casey Rogers said Kent Hovind’s crime was “worse than rape!” What is worse than rape? Not murder, but “structuring” and “using cash” in ministry!
6. It is a fact that Judge Margaret Casey used the phrase “worse than rape.” Was it because she knew Assistant Attorney General, J.D. Roy Atchison, was a known rapist? Was it because her husband, Joseph Heldmeyer, was on a mailing list wherein he received pornographic materials? Was it because her husband was on the same porn list as Judge Richard Kreidler, age 55, who was exposed for receiving pornographic videotapes at his courthouse on seven occasions in 1993 wherein he committed suicide by a bullet to the head in May 1994? 7. It is a fact that Judge Margaret Casey Rogers is a miscreant Judge with a known bias against Christians. The Washington Times, September 17, 2009, reports that Judge Margaret Casey Rogers sought to put two school teachers in prison for privately “giving thanks” before they enjoyed their noon meal at school. Over 60 Congressmen intervened wherein the case was resolved in some kind of back room deal. This alone, would have been enough to have Judge Margaret Casey Rogers dismissed for not upholding her oath to support the defendant’s First Amendment Right to pray before a meal, a practice common to all devout Christians.
8. Abuse of Power: It is a fact that that the federal S.W.A.T. and bully IRS agents colluded together to attack God’s lambs early in the morning with a show of force to intimidate and shock Kent and Jo Hovind at gun point while not permitting them to dress. Such brutal force is usually reserved for drug dealers who sleep with guns under their pillows. The S.W.A.T raid against God’s lambs was disproportionate considering their quiet, harmless life in the Christian ministry. Such hemlock justice derogates the rights of man; but, then again protection of the rights of man was of no concern to these STATE AGENTS.
9. Poison Jury: It is a fact two juries were dismissed until the prosecution obtained the jury that would rule for the outcome desired by the Prosecution and Judge. This has the feel of hemlock justice, does it not?

Hosea 10:4 They have spoken words, swearing falsely in making a covenant: thus judgment springeth up as hemlock in the furrows of the field.

10. It is a fact that Kent Hovind has not broken any common law; that he is innocent and that he has committed no common law crime.
11. It is a hemlock fact that IRS Agent Scott Schneider seized $42,000 from the Creation Research Ministry safe and then spuriously, recklessly, and maliciously created a bogus tax bill for the same.
12. It is a hemlock fact the Plaintiff, the self-styled “THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” is not a nation, but a for-profit corporation that can’t be injured or harmed by a living soul.
13. It is a hemlock fact the Defendants did not and do not have the financial resources to defend themselves against the Leviathan called “THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and its vast financial resources.
14. It is a hemlock fact, God’s innocent lambs were sentenced to ten years in prison—ten years –not for murder, not for grand theft, but because political power brokers wanted Kent Hovind’s ministry closed down! We are of the opinion that Kent Hovind was just too good at what he did, and was a threat to university professors who have a financial interest in the funding of their flawed evolutionary motivated programs.
15. It is a fact Kent Hovind spent $6,000 to obtain a full, unabridged copy of the court transcript for his appeal which he had to accomplish within 12 months after his hemlock conviction (2006-2007).
16. It is a hemlock fact Judge Margaret Casey Rogers delayed the sending of the transcript until four months after the appeal process ended. Dr. Hovind was denied remedy. A crime was committed by the Court instead—judicial misconduct and interference with Dr. and Mrs. Hovind’s due process rights.
17. It is a hemlock fact the official court transcript was corrupted and doctored. The statement that Hovind’s structuring was “worse than rape” by Judge Margaret Casey Rogers was curiously missing from the transcript. Seven affidavits were filed testifying they heard Judge Margaret Casey Rogers make that statement. This alone is enough to declare a mistrial and to exhonerate God’s lambs.
18. It is a hemlock fact that Kent Hovind was sent to prison and then moved 23 times in order to disrupt, disturb, and distress the man as a political prisoner of the “THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” not a nation.
19. It is a hemlock fact that the self-styled “THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” expeditiously seized Hovind’s property for commercial gain under color of law, color of office, color of authority, and then punished Kent Hovind for filing court instruments to protect his property from the hemlock justice committed by “THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and its rapist, pedophile attorney J.D. Atchison, et al.
20. It is a hemlock fact that Kent Hovind was due to be released in February 2015, but that miscreant USDOJ Agents of the self-styled “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” filed bogus mail fraud charges against Dr. Hovind shortly before his release to keep him in prison for the rest of his life (100 years).
21. It is a hemlock fact that Kent appealed the charges wherein his case just so happened to land up in the court of the hemlock Judge Margaret Casey Rogers. Can you say, “Conflict of interest?”
22. It is a hemlock fact the Hovinds have spent the best part of their lives behind bars for a crime they did not commit as political prisoners!
23. It is a hemlock fact that no private citizen is capable of resisting the full force and might of the self-styled, “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” by a judge and a prosecutor and IRS Agents who get paid by the fictional Plaintiff, “The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.” Isn’t this called “a bribe” and “conflict of interest?”

With 50 United States Codes and Congress multiplying laws faster than the speed of light, the era of “every man a criminal” is upon us. In America there are three types of people: those who have been in prison, those who are in prison, and those who will go to prison.

Unless your authority is greater than the Lord Jesus Christ, we demand the release of God’s servant immediately, and respectfully request that YOU look past all the legal flimflam involved in this case, and launch a full scale Congressional Investigation into the hemlock justice that has engulfed Kent and Jo Hovind by the Corporation you serve.
