NOTICE to persons in commerce, State and Federal Government(s), including (but not limited to) N.S.A. and members of the BAR Association: This website is a religious ministry protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.  It is not an enfranchised government subsidiary such as a statutory “person”, “taxpayer”, or charity under I.R.S. rules.  None of the materials or services available through this website are intended, recommended, or authorized for use in effecting any unlawful or injurious purpose or as a statutory “tax shelter”.  Tax materials appearing herein may only be used by those who are NOT statutory “taxpayers” and therefore they cannot truthfully be characterized as a “tax shelter”, which is a device used ONLY by “taxpayers” to reduce an EXISTING, lawfully assessed liability. 

By using this site or the information contained herein for any purpose, those working for government or in the legal profession agree to be bound by this license agreement.  You do not have consent to read, register, record, file, store, refer, or duplicate, written or electronic, or use in any legal complaint against us, any addresses or information associated with this website nunc pro tunc to 1936 in the year of our Lord. Any violation of misuse or harmful (to us or any non-governmental reader) use against us of information appearing on this site will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law under the terms of this license agreement. If any information connected with this website is retrieved or stored, kept, preserved, or used as evidence against us in any kind of law enforcement proceeding, you the reader agree to:

1. Abide in full with this agreement.
2. Stipulate and admit into evidence that this is a religious ministry and that it and its administrator(s) are civilly dead and not a civil statutory “person” or “taxpayer” in the eyes of all governments.  They are alive from a common law perspective under perfect rules of equity and equality, but dead to the civil statutory law.  Click here for an article explaining how this is legally possible.
3. Treat all information contained on this site OTHER than this Legal Notice as religious and personal beliefs and opinions that are not admissible as evidence under Federal Rule of Evidence 610 and corresponding state evidentiary rules insofar as the authors are concerned. Any attempt to make information OTHER than this agreement factual, admissible as evidence used against us, or legally actionable against us shall constitute:
   3.1 A tort cognizable under this agreement/license.
   3.2 Consent and a voluntary stipulation under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 31 that all materials contained on this site other than this agreement which do become legal evidence in any proceeding shall be deemed to be truthful, accurate, and consistent with prevailing law for all matters AGAINST, and to the detriment, of any government or government actor.
4. Notify Nike Insights and its Administrator within 10 days of any unauthorized use.
5. Pay a fee of  $1,000,000 per document for any collection of words, sentences, documents, articles, or instruments on this site, or use in any legal proceeding against us.
6. Pay any and all legal fees required to enforce this license agreement if compliance is resisted.
7. Become the substitute defendant in all such proceedings in addition to the other penalties indicated here.
8. Waive the right to claim official, judicial, and sovereign immunity in connection with the enforcement of this license and agreement against governmental readers AS INDIVIDUAL HUMAN BEINGS.
9. Waive all right to be represented by government counsel or have counsel paid for by government,in the context of any legal proceedings against us.

If any provision of this notice is found unenforceable, parties to this license and agreement (including but not limited to readers and this ministry) agree, stipulate, and consent that all provisions OTHER than the offending provision shall be legally enforceable against them.
