We hear much today about fake news.
Nonplused about fake journalism, Donald Trump declined to attend the annual White House Correspondent’s Dinner.
Coach Dave Daubenmire says the bigger problem is a fake gospel.
Coach Dave is correct and accurately identifies the fakiness (News With Views)
We are surrounded by fake words. The murder of babies is called “pro choice.” The butcher is called a “doctor.” Sodomy is called “gay.” Lesbians have a fake marriage. Twisted, psychologically deranged people that don’t know what sex they are are called “transgenders” which produces fake men and fake women.
The world has gone whacko because it does not know the difference between truthers and pretenders!
But, the bigger problem is with fake Christians in fake churches with a fake gospel with a fake love.
First, we have a fake gospel that teaches all religions are basically the same; that there are many ways to God; that Islam is equal with Christianity; that we are all God’s children; that man is born good; that our human problems are related to a lack of self-esteem; that pluralism is good and the great need today is tolerance of liberal looneys, queers, arrogant black live rioters, college snowflakes, and illegal aliens that have trespassed our borders and stolen their way into this country.
Second, a fake gospel comes from fake churches; that is, 501-c-3 non-prophet, government approved, tax exempt, religious organizations-a political brotherhood of Mormons, Muslims, Episcopalians, United Pentecostals, and Baptists. The CEO is a fake pastor teaching a non-offensive gospel with a smooth cross to fake Christians. The “church” treasurer is an uncompensated tax collector for the Internal Revenue Service, a.k.a. a secret IRS agent, a government plant to insure government compliance to government regulations. The financial board are fake elders doing the business of a not-for-profit commercial corporation–a fake “person.”
Third, a fake gospel from fake pastors in a fake church produces fake Christians–Christians that can’t keep their marriages together; that are permissive and can’t control their kids; that are so overweight they’ve forgotten to go to the gym ten years in a row; that confuse gibber-jabber with being filled with the Holy Spirit; that believe yelling and screaming pulpiteers is good preaching; that believe tolerance of evil is a great virtue; that wealth is evidence of God’s blessings; that Christians should obey government because all government are from God–especially secular, democratic ones; that unity with Sodomites, abortionists, and secular atheists is a virtue.
There is a word for all this fakiness. It is called “hypocrisy.” Greek actors in Roman theaters were called “hypocrites.” Greek sculptures would fill the cracks and defects of a statute with wax to hide the flaw. Hypocrisy is the opposite of the word “sincere” which means “without wax.”
Let us seek to be true men flaws and all.
Coach Dave is correct. “Watch out for the Fake Gospel. It leads to Fake Christians. It is far more dangerous than Fake News.”
