- October 7, 2022 A number of IRS employees, current and former, have been indicted by the Department of Justice for allegedly attempting to steal COVID-19 relief funds from the Paycheck Protection Program. According to DOJ, the individuals charged are Brian Saulsberry, Courtney Quinshe Westmoreland, Fatina Hewitt, Roderick DeMarco White II and Tina Humes. Charges range from wire fraud to submitting fraudulent applications for federal relief programs.
