The Louisiana State Legislature passed a lawless bill giving judges the power to mutilate criminals convicted of rape and pedophilia — a cruel and unusual punishment.
Mutilation is anti-law, anti-Bible, anti-humanity, and anti-American. The Holy Scripture permits the death penalty but not cutting off body parts. Thus, this bill is anti-law and anti-Christ. The legislature needs to repent, and the people of Louisiana needs to protest this godless action.
If kind of perverted reasoning prevails, legislatures will take back to the dark ages when Muslims cutt off the fingers of a thief.
