Ephesians 5:14, “Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”
“The Light Upon the Hill” is going out! Spiritually and politically America the Beautiful is almost dead.
“Awake, O sleeper . . .” and he’s taking to church goin’ Christians.
For the next generation, the future does not look very promising.
Young graduates will find themselves struggling for meaningful employment and competing with 90 million Americans looking for work. If perhaps they find a job, they will find themselves underpaid and over taxed.
Young graduates will discover that the politicians they thought were working for them are only working for themselves—working with a frenzy to overcome the largest debt in history and to secure a hefty retirement.
They will discover they are not free, but “subjects” of a city-state called “Washington D.C.” – a state seeking to fund 662 military bases around the world and chomping at the bit to chase monsters abroad.
They will discover the politicians they elect are eager to save the world, but not America–politicians with an allegiance to the international community who want to tax you to solve global warming, international terrorism, and nation building. Can you say treason to the constitution?
They will discover they know little about the government over them which acts in secret under the cloak of “National Security,” but that this same government knows much about them; that is, that it collects data about their families, education, spending habits, bank accounts, credit cards, cell phone contacts, internet usage, DNA, blood type, finger prints, health information, and shoe size. Cameras are everywhere, and they’re watchin’ you! Whatcha gonna do when dey come for you?
They will learn that America is not a government of the people, by the people and for the people, but a government of corporations, by corporations, and for corporations–a nation of persons, by persons, and for persons.
They will discover that if they don’t march in cadence to the beat of government drummers they have been taught to blindly obey, there will be hell to pay.
As they look back over their schooling they will learn that they have been indoctrinated into Statism, been trained to be totally docile, non-combative, sweet, nice, compliant, yielding, unquestioning, obedient, submissive, servile slaves on the plantation ruled by “The United States of America, Inc.”
Teachers are not malicious, they too are products of redacted history, misinformation, half-truths, and outright lies and propaganda.
They will learn that their schools functioned more like prisons than institutions of learning.
They will learn that they have NOT received an education, but redacted history antagonistic to America’s Puritan ethic and replaced with a pseudo history in favor of Zionistic liberalism; that their education has been antichrist, anti-Christian, anti-Bible, anti-decency, anti-moral, anti-goodness, anti-science, anti-music, anti-art, and anti-man.
They will learn that liberal educators have forced religious secularism down their throats under the guise of being opened minded. Equality, multiculturalism, socialism, communism, fascism, franchises, privileges, abortion, feminism, homosexuality, gender-neutrality, anti-authoritarianism, anti-nomianism, and Statism come to mind.
They will learn that that they have been indoctrinated into the cult of relativism where they have been effectively trained to follow their navel, obey their pelvic impulses, and to their own feelings be true. Moral absolutes are not in the guide book.
Our text says, “”Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”
Wake up and realize that Christ is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning of history and the end of history, the meaning of life and the purpose of life; that, you will one day stand before Him as the Judge of All Men, and give account to Him for how you lived your life (Hebrews 9:27).
Wake up and realize that there are absolutes; that God’s law is not only good for you, but for all men, and all of man’s institutions.
Wake up and resist lawlessness, government propaganda, and the impulse to follow you glandular secretions.
You did not create the present international conspiracy to demoralize the West. You were born into it and lulled to sleep in the process of your education. They that established the present rules were not working for you but working to protect the system—a system where 1/3 of people’s income is transferred to the District of Criminals every single month.
Wake up and be God’s man! Stop following your peers. Don’t be a groupie. Don’t follow your pelvis. Forget multiculturalism—it is a weakness to overcome, not a strength to admire. Shut off your cell phone, your computer games, and your TV. Harden your heart to the media and advertisements. These are the greatest instruments of propaganda in the history of mankind. Open your Bibles! Read! Study. Interact with people, not technology.
Wake up and resist the corporate state. Resist the ambition of the State; that is, the total subjection of the total man to total government. Don’t become a mindless consumer. Wolves love passive stupid sheep. Hate being a puppet of tyrants. Hate sin more! Hate treachery to Almighty God.
“Let your motto be resistance! resistance! Resistance! No oppressed people have ever secured their liberty without resistance.”—Abolitionist Henry Highland Garnet
Wake up and realize that one man with God is a majority. Don’t fear man. Your walk with God will not be perfect, but even a one-eyes man in a blind world has an advantage. No one, say the Texas rangers, can stop a man who is right and just keep comin’ and comin’ and comin’ at ya. Don’t be naïve. Know the truth, and speak truthfully. Trust God. Act boldly. Live courageously. Suffer gladly.
Wake up! Learn the law and know your rights. Americans were not captured by armies, but by the legal manipulations of BAR attorneys acting as government agents.
Know the law of the Lord God or be ruled by attorneys “who frame mischief by statute” (Ps. 94:20). Don’t quit. Don’t give up. The end result of obeying God’s law is freedom. But, freedom is not free. Freedom can only come to those who fight for it.
Wake up and know what God requires of you!
What does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with our God?” (Micah 6:8).
God has called you to a life of justice, mercy, and a humble walk with Him.
The Lord requires us to love justice. God’s Word defines justice.
“The Bible is for the government of the people, by the people, and for the people,” said John Wycliffe.
It is a modern heresy that holds the law of the Lord God has no purpose or binding force today. The purpose of law is not to regenerate society, but to purge evil from society.
The purpose of grace is not to set aside the law, but to enable man to keep the law.
Obey God’s law and demand the same of government workers, judges, and lawyers.
If you are negligent towards law, then your family and friends will be indifferent to justice. Tolerance is an enemy of righteousness. What you allow in moderation, will become an excuse for others do in excess.
The Lord requires you to love mercy. Help others and show kindness to your fellow man. Climb the ladder of success and pull others up with you. Empathy is what separates man from animals; good men from ordinary men. Shut off the cell phone. Get outside of yourself. Take up the cross, and invite other men to come and watch you die.
Love is a beautiful thing. It is an answer to many things, but it is not the only answer. Sometimes, justice is the answer; and, when it is the answer, it is the only answer! Especially, when government identifies evil and purges it from society.
The Lord invites you to be His companion. Walk humbly with your God—in your mind, with your emotions, by your will, and with your body.
This path is narrow, but not crowded.
It is lonely . . . oh, so lonely! But, in that loneliness there is joy. The world calls us to societies of men; but, God calls us out that He may send us in to our field of service for His glory.
If we are to have perspective, the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom.
It is no sacrifice to turn down the worst the world has to offer; but, it is a sacrifice to turn down the best the world has to offer (1 John 2:15).
Make much; give much; keep little. You will never know how precious Jesus is until He is all you have.
God is most glorified when you rejoice in Him and Him alone.
Your future will be bright . . . and, you can be a light in this darkness . . if you “wake up, and let the light of Christ shine on you!”
