Many tender condolences to the Scalia family. Thank you for sharing your father with America.

Politically, however, Justice Scalia’s enemies are jumping for joy over the news of his death. President Obama can’t wait to appoint another Supreme Court justice that profiles his political agenda of “change” for America. And, here is the reason why.
First, Justice Scalia was a staunch conservative and the granddaddy of reason on the Supreme Court. According to Hadley Arkes the judge was a “textualist” that believed in making decisions based on the words in the constitution.
But, he was more than this. Scalia was not so arrogant to think that the Constitution was the first and final voice of authority on right and wrong. He believed in “natural law” which existed before the Constitution, and often resorted to it primacy as the basis for his decisions. This voice for “natural law” and the “laws of nature’s God” has passed.
Obama has the power to replace this constitutional fundamentalist with a modern humanist who views the constitution as a living document, that the State is a law-god, and that legal controversy can be interpreted in light of the administration’s political agenda and the rapid advancement of modern neo-pagan depravity.
Second, Justice Scalia was a man that did not believe that God gave women the authority to murder their babies. The Scalia Catholic family had nine children. Further, since the Bill of Rights limited State power, he did not support the slaughter of innocent children nor the sale of body parts on the black market.
Obama, no doubt, will look to a Planned Parenthood advocate judge who will use the bench to advance radical feminism and the absolute power of women over men and the unborn.
Third, Justice Scalia did not believe in the philosophical bedrock of “Black Lives Matter”—a political movement that operates on the presumption that blacks are creditors and that whites are debtors to Negros; that is, that laws should favor and promote black people even when particular applicants don’t deserve it. To Scalia, there was only one race—the American race (Adarand v. Pena [1995])!
Obama, no doubt, will choose a disguised black racist hellbent on undermining “white privilege” (a misnomer) and mandatory advancement of incompetent black people (and Muslims) to positions of power. Loretta Lynch comes to mind.
Fourth, Justice Scalia represented “sanity” on the court. When the agenda driven Supreme Court began to acknowledge “gay rights” (Romer v. Evans 1996), Scalia chided his colleagues saying the court had developed a “fit of spite” in a “Kulturkampf” by “a jurisprudence of terminal silliness.”
In Romer, Scalia saw the homosexual advocacy case as “a modest attempt by seemingly tolerant Coloradans to preserve traditional sexual mores against the efforts of a politically powerful minority to revise those mores through use of the laws.”
Furthermore, Scalia in his descent chided his colleagues for accusing the Coloradians of “animus” towards homosexuals, and disapproved of the lack of moral vigor of his colleagues to support Texas law (natural law) against Sodomy (Lawrence v. Texas) beginning with “Liberty finds no refuge in a jurisprudence of doubt . . . .” and that “nowhere does the Court’s opinion declare that homosexual sodomy is a fundamental right under the Due Process Clause.”
No doubt, Obama will be looking for an insane pro-Sodomite, pro-lesbian, pro-transvestite agenda driven candidate.
Fifth, Justice Scalia was an advocate of the prohibition against government sanctioned political speech (Weisman Case), or the government compelling politically correct speech like punishing students who do not parrot the pledge of allegiance (Jehovah Witness Cases: Minersville School District v. Gobitis, 310 U.S. 586 (1940); West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette, 319 U.S. 624 (1943).).
Obama would love to find a candidate for the Supreme Court who would limit criticism of a democratic presidency. With the demoralization of America complete, the next wave of cases will include petitions to punish “hate” speech against Sodomites, lesbians, transvestites, blacks, et al.; that is, silencing the Christian pulpit.
Obama promised to “change” America, and now he has an opportunity to transform the Supreme Court in favor of his liberal, socialist, Muslim agenda. Woe to America.
