I woke up this morning to my dog barking at the TV screen.
She snarled, “bark, bark,” which meant she wanted me to watch the program. I did.
Sure enough CNN was whining about how Donald Trump tweeted that Omarosa was a “dog” for denigrating the company.
My pet growled at Donald Trump, “Woof, woof, growl, bark, bark, woof.”
Translated it means, “How dare President Trump call Omarosa a dog. A dog is loyal — a man’s best friend. How can he compare this mistress of deceit to a faithful dog who never bites his master?”
I tried to explain to my dog-friend why Mr. Trump called Omarosa “a dog,” but my pooch just didn’t get it.
We watched the rest of Communist News Network and flipped to some other channels where they called the President rude, un-presidential, sexist, racist, homophobic. white supremacist, Islamophobic, anti-black, a piece of s**t, an embarrassment to humanity, a “man baby,” and blah, blah, blah.
CNN, ABC, NBC, and CBS hosts were about to have a coronary over Trump calling Omarosa a “dog” for smearing him, but had no reservation using the most banal terms to smear the President.
I barked to my pet how paw-thetic the media had become. He just growled. He still did not understanding why the President would compare treacherous Omarosa to man’s best friend.
Well, I gotta hoof it out of here and go to a dog psychologist to see if I can get Fido to calm down.
