Apple seeks to protect your rights by its encoded system to guarantee your security and privacy.
Donald wants Apple to build a flaw into its system to allow government snopes to access all your i-phone information.
This one comment informs us that Donald Trump does not know or understand the Bill of Rights; that he is man who will place the power of government above the rights of man.
Donald says, that government has power over the rights of the individual and that Apple should give government the keys to their system under the pretense of going after the bad guys. Trump agrees with government: “give up your rights (to privacy) and we will protect you!” He called for us to boycott Apple who is dedicated to protecting your security.
There is no limit to what rights government can ask you to give up so they can protect you.
This is not a knock Donald Trump article, but a NOTICE that he is fatally flawed as a candidate because of his lack-of-constitutional understanding, and his Statist attitude; that is, that government should rule the people and Apple from the Top Down!!
WE THE PEOPLE gave the government 18 designated powers and created a BILL OF RIGHTS to prevent the STATE from overreaching its authority in the name of “public health” or “public safety” or “protection.”
We the People want the government to catch bad guys, but not at the expense of destroying the peace and security of innocent people. We demand WARRANTS to be issued based upon “probable cause” supported “by oath” before “searches and seizures” are conducted (See the 4th Amendment).
While we may like many of Donald’s stands, and I do, the one requisite for any candidate is that he defend and support the organic constitution; that is, to limit the exercise of power.
We the People are sick and tired of the ultra vires acts of the United States Government and DEMAND THE GOVERNMENT OBEY THE LAW WE GAVE TO THEM!
If he puts the wants of the State above the rights of the people, WE DO NOT WANT THAT CANDIDATE IN OFFICE!
Let’s keep it that way!
If you are a patriot and thinks government should stay within its contract obligations, then DONAL TRUMP, the U.S. citizen in control of the “United States of America Incorporated”, may become your worst enemy.
