To Hillary Supporters, Hollywood, Cher, ‘Depressed De Niro,” those rioting around the country, and to California and Oregon secessionists.
Dear Snowflake Generation:
The world did not come to end on election Tuesday.
I know some of you participated in sports and never learned to lose. You are the generation that always received a ‘participation trophy” so you wouldn’t get your feeling hurt.
Now that your feelings are hurt, some of you are experiencing trauma unique to the Snowflake Generation that begs for “safe zones” on campus.
Know that many understand your pain. Eight years ago conservatives felt the same way you do today when Obama was elected to office. But, they didn’t riot in the streets or take a club to car windows.
Yes, Trump won the election. But, none of your God-given rights have changed.
The Bill of Rights still exist and your freedoms to do what is right and good for your family has and will not change.
Trump is not god nor does he sit on the throne of the Almighty.
Trump was elected CEO of the “United States of American, Inc.” And, he only has power over government workers.
The only people he is empowered to command are soldiers, sailors and members of the militia—not ordinary citizens . . .
[Alan M. Dershowitz]
He cannot tell any of us what to do.
He has no power over anyone in the private sector! Zero, zilch, nada!
He only acts as the CEO of the UNITED STATES, INC. and its subsidiary corporations. However, if you think he has authority over you, it is because you have given him that power in your own mind.
Secondly, Trump is under tremendous restraints by the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, Statutory law, precedence, and a whole bureaucracy. Don’t over estimate his power. He’s not going to “put on his boots and walk all over you!”
Trump is not a lawmaker. He can not act autonomously as some kind of despot. He is restrained by the Constitution. His job is to enforce the laws already on the books – – the same laws that Obama was supposed to enforce.
“Every function of the government being thus derived from the Constitution, it follows that that instrument is everywhere and at all times potential insofar as its provisions are applicable.
Hence it is that wherever a power is given by the Constitution and there is a limitation imposed on the authority, such restriction operates upon and confines every action on the subject within its constitutional limits.”
[Downes v. Bidwell, 182 U.S. 244 (1901)]
Go ahead and protest, but remember he was lawfully elected.
Go ahead and protest, it is your right. But don’t resort to criminal acts like damaging property and hurting innocent people . . . for if you do, you are in violation of the common law.
You shall not fall in with the many to do evil
[Exodus 23:2]
And, NO, I did not vote for Trump. Only U.S. British citizens are permitted to vote (See the 14th Amendment).
And, NO, Donald Trump is not my president . . . neither was Obama, or Bush, or Clinton, or Reagan! My Master and Savior is the Lord Jesus Christ.
