Politicians know how to play word games.
18 U.S.C. Sec. 793 out laws “gross negligence” for mishandling of classified information and carries with it fines and jail time.
But, this was no problem for James Comey, FBI Director, who said Hillary did not commit “gross negligence.” Rather, she was only guilty of “great carelessness” in handling classified info on her email servers.
Loretta Lynch met with James Comey asked him to downgrade the FBI “investigation” into Hillary’s misconduct to a “matter” in order to soften the issue for political reasons. I guess we should no longer call the FBI the “Federal Bureau of Investigations,” but the FBM, the “Federal Bureau of Matters.”
Isn’t this how criminals act? “I didn’t steal that Chevy Truck, I just borrowed It!”
Didn’t Bill Clinton respond, ““It all depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is?”
Richard Nixon once stated, ““When the president does it, that means that it is not illegal.” Oh, really?
Obama’s “Affordable Health Care Act” is anything but affordable.
The “Patriot Act” didn’t promote freedom or American safety. Rather, it robbed Americans of the right to privacy in the name of “patriotism.”
Recently, there has been much hullabaloo about the alleged hacking of the DNC by the Russians. But, if you are a Democrat who hates Trump, it is more politically advantageous to call the incident “Russian election hacking” because it creates the impression the Russians manipulate the electoral system to get Trump elected . . . even though there is no evidence Putin wanted Hillary defeated and Trump elected . . . and no evidence they impacted a single vote.
Oh, the word games politician play!
